For those of you who aren't familiar with this area, good high speed internet is hard to come by! With that said, I will do my best to have your private sessions loaded within two weeks of the shoot, and for you trail riders out there it will be two weeks from the last day of the ride. Typically they will be loaded sooner but I can't always get it done as fast as I would like due to one thing or another! I do most of the uploading on Tuesdays while I am doing my chemo treatments but I don't always get them done.

If you know me at all then you know that you can't keep a good man down! In 2006 my world got rocked with a diagnosis of the dreaded "C" word. I have Multiple Myeloma, which is a rare form of cancer that starts in the bone marrow and works it's way through the skeleton into the blood stream. This form of cancer is usually not detected until it is in stage four. I am blessed because at the time of my diagnosis I was only at stage one. After major back surgery to remove a tumour that had formed on my spine, a blood clot and then a two year span of hardcore chemo, I am so glad to say that I have been in remission since 2008. I still do maintinance treatments every week but like to think of myself as a walking miracle!

With that said, during the time of chemo I found that it was hard for me to be still and recover. I had to find something that would occupy my time, but not wear me out. I had a photography class in college and was encouraged by my professor to think about persuing photography in some form because of some of the photos that I had taken for the class. What a better time than this to take up the job takin' pictures and capturing memories!

Photography has been a God-send for me. It is something that I love to do, and it allows me to be out and about and feel like I have a purpose still in life. I have done photo sessions for individuals, couples, kids, pets, etc. but my specialty and passion is nature. I love grabbing a forever glimpse of something that my God has created and allowed me to experience. I will never get to see that exact moment in time again, so why not try and grab it with a picture that will last me a lifetime.

I would like to thank you for your support in this venture in my life, as well as your business. May God truely bless you today, and each and every day that follows.

Hey, Carl. Out shots were there and now I can't find the Sept 7 ride. Am I doing something wrong. Looking in the private Teresa folder.
Thank you!
Your photographs from the Big Creek Trail Ride over Memorial Day weekend were spectacular! They give me such joy looking at them and bringing back the wonderful memories. Thank you so much. You are a remarkable man and I am honored to have met you. Looking forward to seeing you in October. Thanks again!

I just want to say the year has come and gone and now we are getting ready for another up coming year of trail rides. I had a great time being out in the field with all the guided and non-guided groups. It is fun to catch those who have no idea that I am taking their picture and come back into camp and find themselves on the big screen roleing with everyone else. Hope to see everyone next year happy and healthy. The Youngers want to wish everyone a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year. Happy trails to all and we will see you in the spring.

It was on the Alley Springs photos! Gorgeous!
